Accelerographs
Accelerographs Overview
GEObit provides a flexible, real-time, immediate warning, structural monitoring solution. We combine our GEOThree digitizer/recorders and a very powerful processing unit to provide a real-time structural monitoring and alert system.
The GEObit advanced, multi-channel, structural monitoring system supports real-time, automatic user alerts. The system acquires data from all channels at 200 SPS per channel by default, continuously processing in real time. The vibration level is calculated in the DIN4150 format. If the level exceeds the standard limit, the user receives an alert by SMS and email.

GEO-A200 Compact Digital Accelerograph
Overview
GEObit introduces GEO-A200 high-resolution and high dynamic range compact digital accelerograph. The instrument is only 139mm in height and 138mm in diameter. The power consumption is less than 2W. The available sampling rate is 1 to 1000sps, and optional lower sampling rates are supported. The built-in GNSS receiver combined with ultra-accurate DPLL unit providing time drift 10e-9sec ensures timing stability even without a GPS signal. NTP timing is also available. The instrument provides self-calibration functionality. DC offset removal is also performed automatically or on demand. Acquisition parameters and operation modes can be set from the user-friendly web interface, which can be protected with up to 64 character passwords.

GEOWarning, Early warning accelerograph
Overview
GEOwarning is a compact, ultra-low-cost digital accelerograph. It integrates three axes, a MEMS accelerometer, a 20-bit digitizer, embedded Linux OS, and GPS or NTP timing. SeedLink and Earthworm servers ensure reliable, real-time data telemetry, while a large storage volume ensures a long period of local data recording. The instrument has very low power consumption, so a small 12 V DC battery can power it. Due to its small size and flexibility for communication protocol (Ethernet or WiFi) and timing (GPS or NTP), it can easily be installed at buildings and other structures. The device supports a software configurable, variable range of +/-2 g, +/-4 g, and +/-8 g, presenting an ideal solution for a wide range of structural monitoring and early warning applications. Minimum data latency and the calculation of an earthquake’s Cumulative Absolute Velocity (CAV) guarantee that the user can be alerted immediately at the beginning of an event. Compact design is a competitive advantage and is reflected in the price, which is only a small fraction of the typical commercial accelerograph’s cost. The user can now deploy five times more units for the same budget.

GEOTinyAC! Compact Digital Accelerograph
Overview
GEOtinyAcc is a compact miniature digital accelerograph that integrates three acceleration channels. It is a GEOtiny! seismometer equipped with an acceleration sensor. It supports a high-resolution 24-bit digitizer (optional 32-bit ADC), embedded Linux OS, and GPS or NTP timing. Seedlink server ensures reliable real-time data telemetry while large storage volume ensures long-period local data recording. The instrument has very low power consumption, so it can be powered by a small 12Vdc battery.
Design simplicity a great advantage and is reflected in the price, which is only a fraction of the cost of common commercial accelerographs. The sensor delivers superior signal-to-noise ratio and broadband response. The accelerograph communicates through an ethernet CAT5 connection or WiFi. The user can just plug the power on and connect with the unit. The device is compliant with the Los Angeles building code.
